The Chief Medical Director, University College Hospital, Ibadan, Prof. Jesse Abiodun Otegbayo, has approved the appointment of Dr. Raimi Olaleke Adeleke as the new Head of the Medical Social Services Department of the Hospital, effective March 7, 2026.

 

Dr. Adeleke paid a courtesy visit to Prof. Otegbayo’s office to present his appointment letter, where he expressed appreciation for the confidence reposed in him and pledged to sustain excellence in service delivery, teamwork, and patient-centered support services.

Prof. Otegbayo congratulated Dr. Adeleke on his appointment, emphasizing the critical role of the Medical Social Services Department in supporting patient care and strengthening the Hospital’s commitment to holistic healthcare delivery.

Meanwhile, he encouraged Dr. Adeleke to leverage his experience and professionalism to advance the department’s objectives and contribute to the Hospital’s mandate of Clinical Services, Research, and Training.
