‘Present Situation Demands Spiritual Songs’ – Dr. Oyedele

By Tayo Olatunji, Osun

A minister of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Region 37, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Dr. Stephen Oyedele, has said the challenging period globally demands spiritual songs for strength and healing.

He stated this at a press briefing in Osun State on Tuesday ahead of the release of his three new singles.

The respected Bible scholar and musician said issues such as persecution, inflation, kidnapping and others reflect the End Time and the crosses believers must bear as children of God.

“It is not new. Many fathers of faith experienced these in their time. Abraham, Moses, Elijah, Elisha, Daniel, even Jesus Christ witnessed it. We must remain faithful to God and His might. As children of God, we should be aware that the End Time is here,” he said.

Dr. Oyedele maintained that true children of God should remain prayerful, vigilant and careful in their daily dealings, adding that doing so will make one worthy for rapture.

While explaining the inspiration behind his three singles – “Sorrow Vanishes”, “His Throne” and “Owner of the World” – he appreciated God for wisdom, support and strength for a successful release.

The firebrand minister said the recorded songs align with the directive of the Holy Spirit, noting that God has ordained his tongue for healing through song composition.

The globally recognized musician called on Nigerians to remain confident in God and to sing the songs for healing from the challenging wounds in Nigeria and the world at large.

“Let me tell you, the three new singles can heal every man from challenging wounds. The songs are proudly available on all social media platforms, including Spotify, for download and pre-release listening. God directed the recording,” he said.

Dr. Oyedele has released over 15 songs within the last 20 months.
