A Supervisory Councillor for Public Works and Secretary of the People’s Democratic Party in Ibadan South East Local Government of Oyo State, Hon. Olanrewaju Azeez has empowered his ward leaders and loyalists with cash support.

The empowerment programme, which
Indicates his quest to deepening grassroots mobilization and impacts, gathered party faithful and community leaders.

Addressing the newsmen, Hon. Olanrewaju Azeez, fondly called SP, said the empowerment is a testament of fulfillment of his all times campaign promise to continuously support initiatives that will uplift the standard of living of residents at the grassroots level.

The Emmanuel Alayande College of Education, Oyo Alumnus added that supporting the party loyalists and residents, will help to boost their small-scale businesses, and improve the welfare of constituents beyond his ward.

The respected photojournalist cum grassroots mobilizer commended the Executive Chairman of Ibadan South East Local Government, Hon Emmanuel Alawode for affording him an opportunity to serve in the local government.

He lauded local government Party Chairman, Prince Saheed Oyetunde, and Moshood Oladejo for a continued emulating leadership, unwavering dedication to the growth of the party and community development in Ibadan South East Local Government.

Meanwhile, Hon. SP vowed to improve his grassroots mobilization, local empowerment programmes and strengthen party-community development beyond 2026.
