A media and support group of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local government area of Oyo State, Avant Garde, has congratulated Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo led State Executive over assumption of office.

The harmonized new state executive was announced at Tuesday’s 2026 Congress held at Liberty Stadium, Oke Ado in Ibadan where past, serving leaders and party faithful harmoniously gathered.

In a statement signed by the chairman of the group, Tayo Olatunji and made available to newsmen on Wednesday by the secretary, Oluwafemi Ogundiran, noted that the new executive’s dedication, focus, and commitment have long upheld the statues and standards of the party.

The group, whole expressing optimism in the readiness of the executive to drive forward the party in love, commitment, inclusivity and unity, believed the party will victoriously return to power in Nigeria, and Oyo State in the forthcoming 2027 general election.

The Avant Garde group urged the state executive never to renege in its efforts at consulting the local leaders in its decisions for all-inclusiveness which serves a nucleus in the consensus arrangement adoption under the leadership of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, with a historic record.

While the group commended the national, state and local leaders for the constitution of the new state executive, described it all encompassing.

” For the first time, state executive list considers the persons with disability, with premium for youths and women. This is a new order, and a direction to a sincere renewed hope for every member of our great party, APC. No wonder the process was brief, all inclusive, emulating and rancour-free”, the group said.

Meanwhile, the group, specially commended the activity of the re-appointed state publicity secretary, Alhaji Wasiu Sadare, describing him the pride of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local government Area.

The group added that the politician is ever confident, hardworking, selfless, and self-determined, saying the good characteristics have further positioned the party above all political odds in Oyo State.

” Despite our great party fell to the ruling party since 2019, Hon. Sadare continued to vehicle the party’s good vision and now the vision has been made clearer to the Oyo State and Nigerian citizens”

” Your re-election is a pride to us; a sort of emulation by all, that sooner the renewed mandate will have its stay in Oyo State,”, the group added.

While the group prayed for wisdom, strength, knowledge and continued unity for the new executive, urged the party as a whole to remain resolute in delivering good democracies for total peace, progress and breakthroughs all round across the wards, local councils, states and the country as a whole beyond 2027.
