A leading aspirant for Egbeda State Constituency in the forthcoming General Elections, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin has called Nigerians to position themselves for triumph over trials, and turbulence confronting the country.

In a statement made available to newsmen on Sunday on the occasion of Palm Sunday by a special assistant on Media, Communications and Publicity, Olawale Kunle, the aspiring lawmaker said the days of trials and turbulence in the country are numbered.

She noted that Jesus Christ faced plenty of confrontations, criticisms and such that his time was turbulent, explaining that it is necessary for any intending to be great society to witness challenges for a lasting relief and celebration.

The internationally recognized politician explained that greater nations around the world including the United Kingdom, United States of America, Israel, Germany, France, India, China, Russia others have undergone all round economy challenges.

Hon. Olawoyin stated that life is a mirage of challenge, however, said when challenges are overcome, this makes others to emulate one while one is positioned for greater heights.

The gender equality advocate who describes the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a respected governance of positive turnaround, added that since the last three years, positive changes have been footprinted including unbundling the power sector, improved road infrastructure, education system stability, improved electoral system, among others.

While felicitating Christian faithful on the commemoration of the 2026 Easter Celebration, the respected politician called every Nigerian to be optimistic in the pledged renewed hope agenda of the Bola Ahmed Tinubu led administration, saying through patience, dedication, loyalty and prayers; trials, turbulence facing the country will be overcome.

“One thing is very clear, this administration has succeeded in all front- economy, governance, affiliations, others. History will speak afterwards. Yet, it is highly noted that insecurity bedevils the country owing to increased operations of economic saboteurs. We will overcome soonest. The United Kingdom before her widest global recognition had faced socio-economic persecutions from 55BC, today, the nation is prosperous. United States of America until now records pockets of insecurity despite independent since 1777. All we need is collaboration and co-operation with this administration. We will soon return to prosperity”, she said.

Meanwhile, Hon. Olawoyin who has continued to empower youths, women and elderly, stressed on the need for the constituency to anoint her candidacy for its representation in 2027 for proper legislative plans and policies as to push the constituency on the national landscape for due democratic development.

” I am your loyal political servant, send me for a renewed legislative business. Thank God, you know my antecedents; records do not lie. Egbeda will see all round turnaround in my intending legislative representation.”,the statement concluded.
