The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Oyo State House of Assembly, Egbeda State Constituency, in the 2027 General Elections, Hon. Oyejide Adeniyi, has hailed a party chieftain, Chief Jumoke Lawal, as a peacemaker on her birthday.

In a congratulatory statement personally signed and made available to newsmen on Monday, Hon. Adeniyi, fondly known as “Oye’lokan,” described the party leader as a personality ever mindful of peace, progress, and inclusivity.

Adeniyi lauded Chief Lawal’s acts of charity, selflessness, industry, focus, peacebuilding, and commitment to lifting the less privileged in Egbeda Local Government.

He noted that the PDP leader has consistently captured the hearts of constituents and party members with her grassroots leadership, saying this has helped position the People’s Democratic Party in the hearts of residents.

While urging her to sustain the good virtues for a historic outing in the forthcoming general elections, Adeniyi prayed for her sustained unfailing health, prosperity, and all-round peace as she turns 74.
