A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in Egbeda Local Government and aspirant for Egbeda State Constituency, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin, has felicitated fathers across Egbeda State Constituency and Nigeria as a whole.

In a special message signed by her media aide, Olawale Kunle, and made available to newsmen on Sunday on the occasion of the 2026 Father’s Day celebration, she described fathers as owners of creation.

She noted that the architecture of the world lies within the ambit of men, saying this makes them custodians of wealth and management of creatures.

The grassroots politician urged fathers in politics to remain merciful to female aspirants even while enjoying the reservation seat bill passed in the country, saying this will further engender all-inclusive representation and governance in Nigeria.

She appreciated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the first father in Nigeria, for his giant strides over the last three years, charging all men in government to extend good governance to the least in the country for a prosperous society.

While praying that fathers should relax and support their female counterparts, she urged mothers to continue to remain open, transparent and supportive for emblazing longevity.

The aspiring lawmaker insisted that she would deliver all-inclusive representation to men, youths, women, the elderly, PWDs, and other less privileged if wholesomely elected in the forthcoming 2027 general elections.
