All Progressives Congress chieftain, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin has described Hon. Dauda Bashiru as a “humble political sage”.

Olawoyin, an aspirant for Egbeda State Constituency, said this in a birthday message issued by her Special Assistant on Media, Communications and Publicity, Kunle Olawale, on Sunday.

She described Bashiru, fondly called ” Hon. Dabas” as a man of simple words whose political views have aided grassroots development in Ward 9, Egbeda Local Government area of Oyo State.

“Hon. Dabas has made unforgettable contributions to APC in Egbeda over the years,” Olawoyin said. “Egbeda made no mistake nominating him for local government administration given his past records.”, she said.

The gender equality advocate said ” Hon. Dabas” is known for dedication, focus, fairness and determination.

Meanwhile, Hon. Olawoyin, wished the former local government secretary, prosperity and good health, urging his continued positive contribution in the party ahead of the 2027 General Elections.
