A leading aspirant for Egbeda State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin, has described former first lady and current Nigerian Ambassador to Austria, Mrs. Florence Ajimobi, as a party unifier.

In a birthday message signed by Olawale Kunle, Special Assistant on Media, Communications and Publicity, on Sunday, Hon. Olawoyin lauded Ajimobi’s courage, empathy, and dedication to the masses, saying, “Mrs. Florence Ajimobi is a beacon of hope, unity, and progress in our great party, APC.”

Hon. Olawoyin noted that Ambassador Ajimobi has laid an undeniable legacy within the party, promoting unity, focus, and progress in Oyo State, adding that she helped in bringing back aggrieved members into the APC.

The gender equality advocate prayed for Ajimobi’s continued peace, progress, good health, and ease of life, and urged her to remain a driving force for the Women Wing of the party.

“As you turn 67 today, we pray God gives you great strength to live beyond 130. Continue to inspire us with your leadership, and fight for our inclusiveness and leadership establishment in 2027,” the statement concluded.
