The Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has gifted official vehicles to all the level 17 officers across the state.
In a verified Facebook account of Governor Sanwo-Olu on Tuesday, the governor said donation of the official vehicles was to enhance public and civil service delivery.
The Governor noted the public and civil servants in the state have been playing a key role in economy development, saying the gesture will enable their enhanced performance across board.
He added that equipped civil servants usually remain focused and best at performing in response to a societal growth and development.

” Today, I presented new official vehicles to our Level 17 officers across the Lagos State Public Service.
“These are Directors who play a key role in how our Ministries, Departments, and Agencies deliver results. Supporting them is a practical step to help them do their work better.”
Governor Sanwo-Olu added saying,’ a motivated public service is at the heart of good governance. When people are properly equipped, they take more ownership, stay focused, and deliver with greater commitment.”
“This is part of our ongoing effort to strengthen service delivery and raise the standard of performance across the system.”, he noted.
Meanwhile, the Governor urged the directors never to renege in their performance for more prosperity to the state, promising a continued good democratic governance.
