The State Auditor of Yari 774 Initiative for Asiwaju Representatives and 2027 Aspirant for Oyo State House of Assembly, Egbeda State Constituency, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin, has emphasized that the country has greatly improved under the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu over the last three years.
In an Independence Day Message signed by her Special Assistant on Media, Communications and Publicity, Olawale Kunle, and made available to newsmen on Thursday, Hon. Olawoyin said despite the current administration having been in office for only three years, basic sectors including security, education, infrastructure, and economy have moved from level 30 to 60.

She said the nation can now boast of solid infrastructure, including the ongoing Ibadan/Ife/Ilesha Highway; Lagos/Calabar Coastal Highway; partnership with UNICEF in digitizing primary and secondary education, known as the Nigeria Learning Platform; which will undoubtedly help reduce out-of-school children and offer education to underserved communities; continued funding of student loans to tertiary students; welfare improvement for Nigerian Army Personnel and other security agencies; promotion of enterprising technical education; stability of fuel production; unification of foreign markets; employment of forest guards; creation of more regional development commissions; assent to new tax laws; improvement of electricity for enhanced manufacturing tendencies and discouraging brain drain; and signature to local government autonomy for democratic administration, among others.
The public administrator, who said though the expectations of many Nigerians are yet to be met in total, urged more focus, resilience, and cooperation of citizens with the Bola Ahmed Tinubu administration for greater advancement of the nation’s socio-economic sector beyond 2027.

The gender equality advocate called on all governors at the sub-nationals to exhibit transparency and accountability in leadership for better democratic prosperity as a reward for the yearly Independence Day celebration.

Meanwhile, Olawoyin insisted that the candidates of the All Progressives Congress must all be voted for from top to bottom for the reality of democracy in 2027 and beyond, addressing daily headlines of hunger and marginalization across the country.
