Putting constituents first, a divine mandate- OYHA Aspirant, Olawoyin

A member of the All Progressives Congress and 2027 Egbeda State Constituency Aspirant, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin has pledged giving due democratic dividends if elected in the 2027 General Elections.

The declaration came during an organized Iftar/Lenten break held in Ibadan on Wednesday with over 200 constituents in attendance.

Speaking with the newsmen, Hon. Olawoyin highlighted the significance of Ramadan/Lenten period, saying both the spiritual exercise enable true reflections and social adjustment.

Explaining the mystery in the coincidence of the 2026 Ramadan/Lenten Period, the grassroots politician and gender equality advocate said God Almighty wants every man to put aside religiosity but wear sincerity, true love and unity for an indispensable peace and progress.

” This year’s Ramadan/Lenten period remain too significant as all over the World, we observe it at the same time. I am sure God Almighty is teaching us a lesson and that we should imbibe true love, unity and progress as this will help to triumph over the social disorder across the World”, she said.

While calling Nigerians to remain patient with the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for true coming to life of his all round promised renewed hope agenda, she said through resilience and commitment the refreshing period will advance.

” If not for recent hike in fuel prices owing to the Middle East Tension, things will have been more better than now. Yet, only a patient and hardworking individual gets celebrated in life. We need to be more loyal, prayerful and supportive of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for due democratic delivery. He means well for the country, let us remain devoted to his governance”, she said.

Meanwhile, the leading female lawmaker aspirant in Egbeda State Constituency pledged delivering democratic dividends to young and old within the constituency, describing it a divine mandate.

” My mandate is very clear, empowering youths, women, and erderly for self fulfillment and social impacts. It is a divine calling for me. Like I have said my constituents are a priority in life and dealing”, she added.

The Iftar event had various constituents and party leaders including the director general of Akin Alabi Campaign Organization, Hon. Adebowale Amoo, Women leader Elect Egbeda Local government, Hon. Ronke Adedeji, Women leader Ward 10, Egbeda Local Government, Hon. Shalewa; Organising Secretary elect, Hon. Bolatito, Hon. Gbeyi, Hon Tosin, Hon. Dre, Hon. Gbeyi amongst others.
