The State Auditor for Yari 774 Initiative for Asiwaju Representatives and 2027 Aspirant for Oyo State House of Assembly, Egbeda State Constituency, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin, has congratulated Hon. Dauda Bashir on his appointment as Egbeda Representative into the Gubernatorial Candidate Local Government Campaign Management ahead of the 2027 General Elections.

In a congratulatory statement issued by her Special Assistant on Media, Communications and Publicity, Olawale Kunle, and made available on Sunday, Hon. Olawoyin described the appointment as evidence of the grassroots grip of the new appointee.

She added that the calibre of appointees into the campaign train indicated the readiness of the All Progressives Congress to greatly impact local government administration and autonomy at the election.

The Gender Equality Advocate emphasized that Hon. Dauda Bashir, fondly called ‘Dabas’, is the grassroots campaigner most needed for the drive in Egbeda Local Government owing to his vast knowledge of the geography, economy and sociology of the area, saying the appointment is a jolt to the opposition parties in the area.

While appreciating the leadership of the party in Egbeda for recommending the representative for the campaign train, she urged him to renew his positive grassroots impact, development drive and commitment for a holistic delivery of the party to victory in 2027.

Hon. Olawoyin also called on all aspirants, support groups, especially Avant Garde, women, youths and other party stakeholders to remain collaborative, united and focused, working calculatively for the total delivery of the party to victory in Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole for shared democratic prosperity.

Recall, the 33-man campaign manager for APC Gubernatorial and Running Mate were announced for inauguration at the party Secretariat of Senator Sarafadeen Alli at Dandaru, Mokola Road, Ibadan, on Monday.
