A leading APC aspiring lawmaker for Oyo State House of Assembly, Egbeda State Constituency, Hon. Temitope Olawoyin has sought for the massive support of the Aare Movement of the All Progressives Congress ahead of the 2027 General Election.
At a familiarisation and consultation visit at Olodo in Ibadan, the aspiring lawmaker noted that inclusive representation will enable due development of constituents.

In a statement signed by Olawale Kunle, a Special Assistant on Media, Communications, and Publicity, on Thursday, Hon. Olawoyin acknowledged the founder of the movement, Taofeek Yekini for massive support of the undeniable growth of the All Progressives Congress in Egbeda Local Government area of Oyo State, urging the support of the group for her intending representation in 2027.

“The point we are now is to go all out to evangelize good democracies intended to Egbeda State Constituency. I cannot do it alone, you and all of us must rise to the occasion to re-orientate our people, regardless of political affiliation”, she said.
The gender equality advocate added that she will not shift from the intended inclusive representation, strengthening party unity and grow grassroots development in alignment of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

While seeking co-operation of all constituents, groups, leaders, members of the All Progressives Congress, and as well residents of Egbeda Local Government, the public administration expert stressed that every effort of resident will be awarded duly, promising historic legislative plans, policies for the development of youths, women and elderly, if elected in 2027.

In his brief remark, Team leader of Aare Movement, comrade Olasumbo Abdulkareem commended the truth nature and political maturity of the aspiring lawmaker, urging her to strengthen the party unity and prioritize empowerment of youths, and women in her representation describing it compensation of electoral values.
The meeting had in attendance over hundred (100) members of the Aare Movement, Chairman of the Temitope Olawoyin Campaign Team, Mr. Biodun Lawal, Special Assistant on Special Duties to the aspiring lawmaker, Mr. Elesin, among others.
